1.2 Ensure internal assessment is robust and implement our revised ‘Life without Levels’ approach at KS3

2.2 Ensure teaching and learning strategies and materials are targeted appropriately to student needs

Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare
3.1 Students are committed, involved and proud of being a Bluecoat Aspley student
3.2 All students to be responsible for their behaviour and engaged in their learning
3.2 All groups of students feel safe at the Academy at all times
3.3 Students are given opportunities to achieve in a wide range of activities

Leadership and Management
4.1 Academy priorities are determined by thorough and accurate self-evaluation
4.2 The Academy is committed to staff wellbeing as stated in the staff well being policy
4.3 Enhance communication links with parents
